I delivered the inaugural address in "Puducherry World History Congress" at JN Auditorium today (9 September 2023. During this occasion Speaker of Puducherry Legislative Assembly Shri R. Selvam, PWD Minister Shri Lakshminarayanan were present along with me on the occasion.
