It took almost a year, but the work done by Peter Hutterer @[email protected] and I on high-resolution scroll finally landed in Mutter (GNOME), wlroots (Sway) and GTK and friends, both X11 and Wayland 😁

After 207 days, 139 review (pull) requests over 3 repositories. Pidgin 3 (still in development) is officially a GTK and friends 4 application! Congratulations to the team and everyone involved on this huge milestone!

GTK supports MacOS, but the Cocoa integration is not the best. I've been working on a bunch of patches that I hope will make GTK a serious option for who ever wants to build MacOS apps. Here is the result, the Todo List demo app with my patches GTK (1/5):
