There were a lot of questions in Convocation last time, from benchers like AV and Joseph Groia about the fiduciary duty and duty of good faith in the Bencher code of conduct. Here's an update: LSO is subject to subsection 127.1 (1) of the Corporations Act 8/n

Bencher Jerry Udell says that if #LSOConvocation wants more solicitors (an issue raised by Wright), then solicitors need to go vote in #BencherElection2019 .
