Hey Kirk Herbstreit …Oregon is just getting outclassed here. (No knock on Oregon though…right?). It’s almost like this kind of thing happens in football. Weird. My son and I loved hearing you call games and on CGD. Now….hard to even look at you.

Every coach in America should use this system. It’s the best in the nation. When I return to the sidelines (soon), I’ll be using it! 💪💪💪

Removing chronically disruptive students from classrooms isn't cruel--it is necessary for preserving the learning environment for the majority. Sometimes, tough decisions are the most compassionate for all involved.

Every single class period, there are 2-3 students who have lost the privilege of being in the classroom with nondisruptive students. After they have gone through a max of 5 disruptive situations, they should be placed in their own school. We can't punish the kids w/ good behavior

Slightly disagree... Things K-12 schools need less of: -mental health programs & professionals -progressive education practices -state tests Things K-12 need more of: - power to permanently remove a student - laptops/technology of all kinds - playground/P.E. equipment

1. Quick film review on Saturday mornings is all you need during the season. 2. Most indy football drills are worthless. 3. Track doesn’t do anything to make players faster or better…and speed matters are worthless. 4. Refs absolutely determine outcomes of games…and often.

Why aren't cheetahs used for any high school or college mascots? I don't get it. Cheetahs are the fastest animal on land...and they are cool. We have lions, tigers, bears, wolves, cougars, panthers, jaguars, and even bobcats but no cheetahs. #MakeCheetahsGreatAgain

HS In-Season Lifting Mon/Wed: 1. Bench/Incline 2. Push Press/KB or DB Swings 3. Pull ups/Rows 4. P. Cleans/H. Cleans 5. Squats/Lunges 6. Hex DL/Hex DL First exercise is Mon., second is Wed. Always Hex DL...best football exercise ever created.

Easily my favorite post from you. This is so true too. I’ve been observed for 24 years as a teacher, and I understand why it has to be done. But, great administrators always know how to treat great teachers. Or good teachers…or even average teachers.

Yes! I completely agree. When I trained my teams (for years) I used various rep schemes. Also, I adopted what I called "best value" lifts because it was football training. In other words - why front squat when you can squat? why deadlift when you can hex deadlift? And more.

Very interesting thought. The single biggest issue I have faced in public school education is behavior in the classroom. Nothing can get done in the classroom with poorly behaved or disrespectful students, so if separating the sexes would improve that...I'm in 100%
