Check out my comments on ground-breaking victory in the Family Courts for people with surrogate children. It’s so important that before embarking on a surrogacy journey, everyone involved takes specialist legal advice to understand their legal status. imprivateclient.passle.net/post/102hob4/c…

As part of #SurrogacyWeek, Hannah Saxe discusses the recent case H v UK; exposing the stark reality of surrogacy law in the UK, and what happens when surrogacy relationships sadly breakdown. imprivateclient.passle.net/post/102hu2e/n…
Stop being fooled by the myth of a ‘common law marriage’ and make sure you protect yourself if you’re cohabiting. Emma Hopton shares her expertise here - have a read and contact us in the Irwin Mitchell family law team if you have any questions!
Such kind words from this client. A lot of people don’t think about what happens on separation until they are thrown in the deep end. It’s so nice to hear we were able to make this process less daunting. Thank you Dan Moreton for assisting on this case with care & efficiency!
Thank you @No5Chambers and Birmingham Law Society - great start to St Patrick’s Day ☘️
