"Conventional commits" conventionalcommits.org encourages a convention of prefixing your commit messages with e.g. "fix: problem", "feat: button". I've been playing with it, and it's really nice to easily see what features/fixes happened since the last release.

Unfortunately, my Internet provider (Reliance Jio Infocomm NLD Network, AS55836) does NOT implement BGP safely. Check out isbgpsafeyet.com to see if your ISP implements BGP in a safe way or if it leaves the Internet vulnerable to malicious route hijacks. via Cloudflare

Tired of Claude Code not doing what you asked it to do? Anthropic launched a new feature recently which will go a LONG way to bridling that wild & crazy horse. Maybe bigger than MCPs 🤔 Yes I'm talking about Claude HOOKS. In this video: "how to force Claude Code to use bun"

Be careful when reading HTTP request bodies with io.ReadAll. It is quick and easy, but if you are working with a large file it will be all be loaded into memory. Instead, consider reading chunks of the file, or streaming with a function like io.Copy. #golang

This site is amazing for learning Go concurrency patterns: concurrency.rocks The concept is simple, but the UI is both sleek and well-designed. Even better, it uses Go WebAssembly, so there’s no need for a server.

Sometime experienced (Oracle) database folks ask me if I know of any good Postgres resources that go beyond just installation guides and config parameter references. This is what I recommend: interdb.jp/pg/index.html
