City Museum is always up to something and I love it.

Around 6am in the morning on The Hill. The businesses are coming alive, it smells like fresh baked bread, and pastries. The church bells at St Ambrose are ringing…. It’s just perfect.

Dads, here’s how I smoke my crock pot HOT SALAMI. First, (day before) fully cook it in the crock pot (or sous vide). Cool it and then take the casing off. Our casings are not meant to be smoked. Smoke on low heat with fruit wood for 45 minutes or until the log is up to temp.
