Our Three Dribble Drill helps athletes learn about floor spacing, moving without the ball, removing wasteful dribbling, and running a motion type offense. After running through progressions in this drill we let the athletes play and apply what they learned.

Basketball is played from low to high. If you are handling the ball and not crossing the ball below your knees or keeping it below your waist and between your shoudlers you are probably turning the ball over more than you should.

We know what AAU, Middle School, High School and College Coaches look for to give a player minutes and earn a spot on the floor...because we are those Coaches training in you in what will take you to the next level.
