It’s a crisis and an opportunity. “Mediation” that leads to very flawed status quo is not the answer. All people in Sudan deserve better, especially the most marginalized.

Again, Im shocked, not surprised that just after telling the US Envoy there would be no coup, Gen Burhan flew to Cairo, got green light for the coup, and set upon arresting civilians upon his return. Military tribalism at its worst. Protecting their own. wsj.com/articles/milit…
