This morning I welcomed Bo Li, Deputy Managing Director of the IMF, to Jamaica. Mr Li is in Jamaica to a coordinate the scaling up of private sector financing for investments here that, generate jobs and reduce Jamaica’s vulnerabilities to natural disaster and climate change.
