At a recent CDT Programme meeting, we confirmed that all 50 students recruited to the CDT have now successfully obtained an MRes in Geospatial Data Science. Great effort by all and huge thanks to colleagues at both Newcastle University and Uni of Nottingham #WeAreUoN for your contributions.

Today (and tomorrow) we welcome our entire fifth cohort to Newcastle for training in Leadership, Innovation and Enterprise, including a visit to #VentureFest tomorrow. As is usual for the first day, very impressive whiteboard skills on display.

Our Director Uni of Nottingham #WeAreUoN, Professor Stuart Marsh is leading a roundtable discussion asking partners what UKHE can do to provide their future workforce. There is a strong market for HE (and FE) to create and deliver new training but it starts by inspiring future students.
