Can service delivery and waste collection not have eyes. Pikitup must treat all people equally. Ivory Park, Diepsloot m, Soweto and Alex are filthy and the stench from uncollected waste is bad. Rodents are multiplying and its a health hazard. Please treat ANC led wards equally
