Beto O'Rourke I’m just happy I taught this elderly woman, grandson how to boil water safely and how to make sure if their power goes out to call 2-1-1 or 9-1-1 for his grandmother ( because she is on a oxygen tank ) and he was so grateful for me and that honestly made my night!

Unfortunately, have to join the chorus criticizing Southwest Airlines. They left me stranded in Nashville and their 800 number and website are of no use. They used to be my favorite airline, but they have really let a lot of us down.
