Let it be known, Zohran Kwame Mamdani was the only NYC mayoral candidate to come to the rally yesterday demanding protection for our trans youth. He didn’t come to speak, he came to show his support and listen to trans youth. That is the kind of mayor NYC so desperately needs.

Yesterday thousands rallied at Union Square to protest the illegal actions taken by several healthcare facilities in denying gender affirming care to trans youth — fearing the cut of federal funding following Trump’s unconstitutional EO’s which is against NY State law.
