Be intentional. Goals are not reached by chance, they are planned and worked for. Write down what you want from 2024 and plan how you intend to get there, starting now

Consistency is the secret sauce. Talent is great, but being disciplined and showing up for yourself everyday, even when it’s tough, that is where the real magic happens

Do what YOU actually want to do. Turn down the noise and listen to your own voice. You know you, you have the ability to make the right choices for you

Fall in love with the process. Romanticise the process. Document the process. The process is what is going to get you to the goal so make it fun for yourself

You have to believe you have everything you need to have the best 2024, nothing is missing, nothing is broken. You are resourceful, in the right place at the right time, have the right mindset and are surrounded by the right people. Your time is NOW

Your day starts the night before. Spend some of your evening creating a routine for the next day. Happen to the day, don’t let the day happen to you.

Doing something towards your goal is better than doing nothing. Working out for 15 mins instead of 30 mins is still working out. Remember the aim is to be consistent, that is what brings results.

Just because you fail, doesn’t mean you can’t start again. So you went all out at lunch and didn’t eat that healthy meal, who cares, rededicate yourself to the cause, there and then and have a healthy dinner. Balance is key
