This is one of the Environment Agency - Yorkshire & North East #Reservoirs on the #RiverRother near #Chesterfield. The levels have pretty much peaked across the top ends of the catchment after some heavy rain overnight and this morning. Levels across the top & middle of the catchments have peaked & falling.

Great video Adam. I’m really pleased that we are getting closer to completion so we’ll have a much more #reliable and #resilient #asset. It’ll save a lot of back ache when the #automation is complete too! #Sheffield #RiverSheaf

What a brilliant win for our local environment. Being brought up in the area the changes I’ve seen in a relatively short space of time are amazing. Well done to all concerned and a shout out to friends RSPB_OldMoor

Great picture of the refurbished debris screen on the #Sheaf by Adam Bayliss. This is an important asset for the city so we are making it more reliable and resilient. Hope the weather is the same when I get there 😎

Yes Summer 1976 was hot. But that heat can’t be compared with now. Then we were the heat anomaly - we were one of a few locations that were warmer than average. But now the average has shifted and the whole world is a heat anomaly. This is the new normal, and it will get worse.

Good morning #Hull Hope you all had an amazing Humber Street Sesh and those heads are not too sore this morning! 😁 It was great bonus to see the Barrier all lit up during the successful test closure too! Enjoy the rest of your weekend ☀️
