Thank you IIT Bombay for the shout-out! 🚀 Indeed, as the most sensitive space telescope, we can't wait to capture the universe's most powerful explosions as we venture into the cosmos! Just two months into his project, Suryansh found the fainest, and one of the fastest Gamma Ray Bursts that ISRO's AstroSat has seen! Suryansh is just starting his 3rd year as a CS undergrad at IIT Bombay. He did this closely with the core team from IITB and Inter-University Centre for Astronomy&Astrophysics

Our senior-most PhD student Gaurav Waratkar has been pretty busy lately. He's rocking science: ✈️ spending 3 months at LSU as a LSC fellow 🖥️ helping operate LIGO Livingston 🛰️ Finding cosmic explosions 💥 with ISRO's AstroSat 🧑🏻🏫 Remotely supervising IIT Bombay students!

On the occasion of National Space Day, we are honored to be featured by IIT Bombay! 💕 We hope to be India's eyes on transient skies by launching the world's most sensitive telescope! Thank you for the shout-out! 🚀 ISRO PRL Ahmedabad Tata Institute of Fundamental Research Inter-University Centre for Astronomy&Astrophysics Raman Research Institute

Excited to participate in Pan IIT Alumni India's PIWOT 2025. Looking forward to exciting discussions with global leaders in tech and innovation! Let's connect!

Had a blast shooting this at LIGO Livingston! Check it out! ❤️

Our team at Daksha Space Mission is expanding! 🥳 If you know any elec/mech/aero engineer passionate to launch the world's most sensitive telescope here at IIT Bombay, share this 🧵 with them!

Announcing SITARON Mein Safar – A New Space Lecture Series! 🚀 Kicking off with Tushar Jadhav, CEO & Co-Founder of Manastu Space, an IIT Bombay alum revolutionizing satellite propulsion with green tech! Brought to you by SITARE Lab, nurturing students in space tech at IITB!

MARATHI madhe LIGO! We had a blast talking about gravitational wave detectors at LIGO Livingston in Louisiana - all in MARATHI! ❤️🥳 Big shout out to LIGO India POEC team for creating this gem from our first draft! shreejit LIGO Livingston LIGO Hanford LIGO Astronomical Soc.
