Part Eighteen: At this point, I have logged almost 9 hours of phone and personal contact trying to cancel a @CIBC credit card I did not want to use anymore. I have been transferred between departments and passed along to different CSRs.

Part Nineteen: My advice. Stay far away from CIBC You will be held hostage by a broken customer service system that offers help and reassurance and provides ZERO action to match their words.
