Movement is improving and weights are already increasing. So much focus on our amazing junior class, but it has been the standout performance of Kiley (Class of 2026; Monomoy Athletics) that has caught the attention of her peers (and trainer). This group is on track! 💙🧡

It won’t come easy. It’ll take serious focus to emerge as a standout within a group of all-stars. All-Swish shooting guard Chloe Azoff (Class of 2024; Lady Dolphins Basketball) made a statement tonight with intensity in drills followed by superb playmaking and shotmaking in live play. 💙🧡

Progress continues for players remaining local during April Vacation. Fortunate to have top-notch leadership from Gabby Foster (Class of 2024; Nauset Athletics). The All-Swish & Framingham-bound forward performs at high level while leading warmup and assisting younger players. 💙🧡

Logistics surrounding April Vacation always allow for some different training formats. Some exciting 1-on-1 play in the premier group as well as some extended 4-on-4 scrimmages with our combined younger groups. Great day on the court for the entire program! 💙🧡

We’re officially halfway through our 12-week Spring format. Outstanding focus, effort, and performance from Brynn Kew (Class of 2028; Nauset Athletics). Our forward of the future is more than holding her own amongst a collection of all-star players and making major progress. 💙🧡

📸 Sienna Reeves tallied four goals and Julia Kipperman scored twice, and Nauset Athletics Girls’ Lacrosse (6-3) beat Martha’s Vineyard 8-4 on Saturday to halt a two-game losing streak.

Squarely into the second half of the Spring. Great energy/dancing from the group despite heavy legs from prospect clinics and other sports. These girls are truly committed to best preparing themselves to mitigate the risk of injury and maximize performance. Inspiring stuff! 💙🧡

The all-around brilliance of Siena Lauze (Class of 2025; Lady Dolphins Basketball) was on display in Week 8. Monster dunks, squatting 115 pounds for reps, reaching new level on kettlebell swings and farmers’ carries, and finding groove on rower/ski-erg. The piece we need to be special. 💙🧡

Best on-court evening of Spring was punctuated by All-Swish & Bridgewater-bound shooting guard Chloe Azoff (Class of 2024; Lady Dolphins Basketball) burying four 3’s down stretch to claim a spirited live segment. Awesome athleticism and playmaking on display across entire premier group! 💙🧡

It’s Week 9 and things are opening up on both the strength and conditioning fronts. Not surprisingly, reigning 3-time Swish MVP & Mitchell-bound shooting guard Jordyn Streitmatter (Class of 2024; Nauset Athletics) is steadily building another compelling overall Spring profile. 💙🧡

All-Swish & Framingham-bound forward Gabby Foster (Class of 2024; Nauset Athletics) returns to our premiere group this Summer! Gabby will prepare her body for both college-level basketball and lacrosse. Lots of individual work on gaining comfort shooting behind NCAA 3-point line. 💙🧡

Intriguing development as All-Swish & Framingham-bound forward Gabby Foster (Class of 2024; Nauset Athletics) claims top spot in “The Swish Mile” — a 4 x 500 meter rowing event. First time winning an event! Jockeying for top spots with only two weeks remaining in Spring. 💙🧡

An explosive start to summer — 6-time All-Swish shooting guard Jojo Ready (Class of 2025; Monomoy Athletics) crossed the 250-meter plateau by skiing an incredible 258 meters in 60 seconds. Our rising senior class seems to be taking the step forward that the program envisions. 💙🧡
