We broke every possible social contract for young people, unprecedented wealth transfer from young to old, devalued the currency, made home prices insane, education debt crazy and now for the lulz we're automating all the entry level white collar work. Just incredible

Tamil Nadu is a cracked state. I don't think people realize how crazy 11.19% real growth with $4000 per capita GSDP is. For context, China has NEVER registered more than 11% real growth after crossing $3500 per capita GDP. TN is a huge whitepill. The system can work.

Much more than corruption, the Philippine’s primary problem is lack of capital controls. The corrupt are not forced to reinvest their loot here, where it would circulate & generate multiplier effect. They’d take it out of the country to secure foreign citizenship-by-investment.

Did you know that corrupt politicians & criminal businesses have so much CASH that they need to convert it to an asset to hide it. The most popular ways they launder money is by buying: -Luxury condos (Rockwell, BGC, etc.) -Houses in exclusive subdivisions (Forbes, Dasma,

These four books revolutionized my view of statistics, and it wasn’t the specific content per se, it was the way they elevated information visualization from a necessary evil to a fine art.
