Should’ve never left T-Mobile for AT&T . Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!

been looking forward to Proper NYE for a year but it was a fucking flop (logistically). 2 hr security line but we just walked thru a metal detector, no bag searching?? people jumping the fence to get to mainstage? hour long bathroom line?? bitch it was OVERSOLD.

First time at Proper NYE and I can say I will never be coming back. Not only do I feel for us ticket holders but also for the staff who had to deal with the mass of people rushing the gates to the MainStage and putting everyone at risk of getting hurt. Proper NYE do better.
