So far the trickiest part of editing my chef videos is undoubtedly finding the right music... maybe I need to teach myself to be a composer too, using Garage Band. Actually, maybe not.

Nice start to this season of #GreatBritishMenu. And a helpful, timely reminder that hospitality is an industry rich with talent and creativity that deserves to be supported through #covid19UK, both by central government and the general public (under safe circumstances).
