Only 10% of Top 10 swimmers at age 10 remain Top 10 at 18. Over half Olympians do not achieve national rankings until late in high school. What is important is sound technique and a love of the sport at early ages, develop the capacity to train and love the sport 🏊🏻‍♀️🏊‍♂️
