Gobi visits YWLA! NY Times Bestselling Author & Ultramarathon Runner, Dion Leonard, and his dog, Gobi, visited YWLA on Wednesday, April 30th. Students had the opportunity of a lifetime to hear about the amazing adventures of this little dog across the desert and China.

Dion Leonard from Scottland participated in 155 mile Gobi desert run to be joined at the starting line by this sweet girl. Day 1, 2 and 3...she was at his side. Day 4 and 5 the weather did not permit her but the final day she crossed that line with him ❤️ #dedication #loyalty
