Next #CONE course is on 22 July. Having got to grips with designing optical networks involving DWDM, amps, DCMs, power and costing etc - come back to learn about the challenges of 100Gb/s+ network design, coherent transmission, DSP, SDN, flexgrid, ROADM’s and more. #crossconnect

This weeks @OTTLtd #CONE course delivered at Butler Technologies in #Ireland is going well. The delegates are now busy designing multi Tb/s ROADM based networks, using 100/400Gb/s transceivers and ensuring power levels are sufficient. Then they are going to cost the projects.
