U.S. Marshals Service Philadelphia along with Radnor and Villanova Police, have just arrested N.J. murder fugitive Shawn Moir, 26. Marshals apprehended Moir in his vehicle which was parked inside a Villanova Univ parking garage. Moir is charged with killing his grandfather last evening in Vineland.
