When visiting a friend I asked Alfie not to get on the bed while I went to the loo, on returning he was sat next to my pillow looking very apologetic. Sometimes this dog is more human than many humans & was duly forgiven for his slight indiscretion. I still love you Alfie! #Dogs

A certain seriousness overcomes Alfie when he goes to work. Slightly aloof & watchful but his loving nature remains, especially with children who he adores. Gentle but confident, very obedient but his own man. A truly wonderful #dog with the soul & touch of an angel.
