The day was capped off with the announcement of 2 new AOs launching in the next 2 weeks for the invigoration of male community leadership F3 F3 Nation Expansion

50 men & their families from @F3CrossroadsIL participated in a 3rd F event this evening packing 58 boxes and 12k meals for children in need across the globe. F3 is more than a workout group, we are changing lives one at a time. F3 F3 Foundation

F3 Crossroads is officially in Channahon! 28 PAX (including two FNGs) showed up for the opening of the Three Rivers AO. Yellow Card took the group on a brief tour of the AO before putting everybody through a killer tabata.

2 PAX showed up for a frigid (3 degrees) workout yesterday. Frozen fingers and eyelids were worth it! Warmed up with some fellowship and coffee!
