Performance night has arrived!! Tonight we join Almondsbury Ladies Choir to sing and sign Christmas carols from 7pm Southmead Hospital Charity ,Brunel Building, Southmead hospital. Come and support us

'Healthy hearts and healthy minds'. We have a workshop on the heart and brain, a visit from a personal trainer to talk to us about the importance of being healthy. Valentines crafts, coffee, cake and chat as well as a counsellor, speech therapist and education officer available
