Building connections: It started with an anonymous donor who donated nearly 300 bowties to our Shared Dreams Program. It ended with a selected campus by our team who opened their doors, involved their staff, and engaged their students to show appreciation of Dr. Marc Smith.

We were excited to host the Volunteers in Public Schools (VIPS) Campus Coordinator Kick-Off Meeting! Our dedicated Fort Bend ISD volunteers were able to hear from a great lineup of speakers and take this information back to their campuses. We look forward to more collaboration!

We were thrilled to host the VIPS Campus Coordinator Kick-Off Meeting last week! Our dedicated Fort Bend ISD volunteer leads had the opportunity to hear from an inspiring lineup of speakers, including Dr. Jaretha Jordan Jaretha Jordan, Bart Rosebure, and Dr. Damian Viltz.

Wrapped up our 2nd FACE meeting with our Parent Educators! We kicked off with a Human Knot activity, highlighting our strengths in #teamwork & #problemsolving. It was a great way to ground ourselves as we continue to work in sharing the many resources available to our families!

Thank you to the Fort Bend Interfaith Council for an educational and informative meeting! Staff had an opportunity to visit the Sri Ashtalakshmi Temple and share ways that faith groups can come alongside Fort Bend ISD to support students and staff.
