What does it take to have an airline admit responsibility for its ineptitude. From being treat unfairly treated, losing a luggage, my ordeal with an untrained staff, & the endless wait for a response. A preamble of my experience Air France UK, @NigerianCAA,UK Civil Aviation Authority, Federal Ministry of Transportation
British Airways But can’t respond to a refund of over 6 months. After paying almost £500 out of pocket expenses over 6 months ago, BA has ignore and refused to refund my money but giving out to charity. Very irresponsible of BA
