Ryanair customer services is terrible. I have been waiting since the 7th May 2020 for my cash refund and still nothing. Customer services phone numbers on their website do not connect to anyone. It just cuts you off or has an engaged tone. Live chat equally rubbish Ryanair

So Ryanair tell me to DM as they are so keen to help me resolve this situation yet I have sent them a message and no response !!!! I year waiting for a refund, what a disgrace Ryanair FlightRefunds
