Hey Morrisons, why don't you make your loose fruit and veg similar priced to those wrapped in #SingleUsePlastics? I paid an extra £1.16 on apples and peppers just to have the privalige of not buying plastic. That's 46.4% price rise.

My first #compost deposit today. 1.8kg of kitchen waste after collecting for one week. Over 1 year this could be 94kg. If 100 people start doing this today by next year we could have reduced our #landfillwaste by nearly 10 Tons!

While it is not possible to eliminate all waste that comes through your letter box, there are ways to reduce it and re-use it. We reuse all scrap paper including envelopes, the backs of letters and cards as a notepad.

Reclaimed wooden furniture looks great, preserves natural resources, creates less waste and less toxins. My coffee table is my favourite piece of furniture and it's all made from reclaimed wood. Share your upcycled furniture with me.

I can't imagine how much #SingleUsePlastics I have bought over the years. Where possible I reuse those that I have bought. All containers get used over and over to store leftovers in the fridge and freezer and as lunch boxes. What #SingleUsePlastics do you reuse?

I use fruit and veg boxes from supermarkets to put my plastic free food in. No plastic or paper bags required and it's much easier to load at the checkout.

8 years ago I used to eat meat at least 5 times a week. I started slowly back then cutting back to 2 meat meals a week. Now I'm down to around 2 meat meals a month. I have reduced my spending on meat & can afford better quality local meat. #greenlifestyle
