Went through the Tim Hortons drive thru today in #HamOnt was met with an unhelpful associate. She asked me what I would like to order and I said Hi I just have a quick question about rewards and her response was “that has nothing to do with your order what do you want” 1/2

2/2 at that point I wanted nothing - and there was no one else in line so it wasn’t as if I was holding up a line - not a great customer service experience Tim Hortons
