Longer-term out of this pandemic, I hope folks build on the data literacy skills we've developed out of this. That includes measuring anecdotes against data, but it also includes caution in making bold declarations until things *can* be quantitatively measured.

There's a fundamental problem with this statement - schools are not doing endless worksheets and timed math tests. In fact, most schools that I work with resist the practice despite data showing the positive effects.
