Back this morning after the bank holiday to the #Hardwick lay-by & another 81 #litter items & plaster fly-tip. Could have much been much worse. Bins full but not overflowing & accessible. This lay-by floods regularly. Supporting Stroud District Council TRUCKERS CLEANING UP BRITAIN #nature
