Today we made a roster move just in time for the playoff run! We are thrilled to add 11 year old CJ Adams from Dallastown Area School District & Team IMPACT. CJ brings all of the intangibles to our locker room needed to win Championships! Let’s Go CJ!

Don’t ever confuse rank & leadership. Having authority & being a leader are not the same. Leaders are people who make a conscious decision to look after others. Sometimes that comes with absolutely no authority, but those are the people we trust & follow. Leaders don’t need rank!
