#BREAKING: Metro Nashville PD investigating after man found dead in parking lot along Murfreesboro Pike near the Bell Rd intersection. Police were called for shots fired just after 4am. Another man showed up to a nearby hospital shortly after with a gunshot wound, may be connect.

Crime scene investigators and detectives are on scene trying to find more information after a man was found dead in a south Nashville parking lot. They started placing evidence markers. So far I’ve seen as many as 14.

An I-40 entrance ramp is closed in Hermitage as police investigate a shooting from last night. This is at Old Hickory BLVD. Security guards for a nearby apartment hear gunshots and found a man in a car that had been shot up. He was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
