Today was a great day to join Akron Elementary School at the Byrnes Health Education Center in York. 3rd graders in the 4 elementary schools in the Ephrata Area SD had the opportunity through the Ephrata Area Education Foundation to attend this field trip.

Mainspring of Ephrata's Bookwalk was a success! We were happy to have sponsored the books each child received. Families had a wonderful time walking around Ephrata reading pages from "Llama Destroys the World," written and illustrated by Jonathan Stutzman and Heather Fox.

This month started EAEF's STEAM Days in the Ephrata Area SD! Principal Esbenshade from Highland Elementary School put together an amazing year of STEAM days for all elementary students! We were able to join Mobile Ed Productions for Our Solar System for the first 1/2 day.
