NCL has cancelled a family's 5th December cruise ex_Rome without telling the customer or the agent. The family who have a disabled daughter already had to move the trip with NCL because of Omicron in S Africa, now NCL have sold the accessible cabin to someone else.

We have been enquiring with TUI about an accessible room for a wheelchair user but we were informed that ‘it can take up to a month’ to confirm an accessible room, which could be a few days before departure, Apparently ‘a full refund will be given’ if the room is not available.🤔
