I think what it shows so clearly is when an organisation normalises a racist culture, people accept it as “normal”and are aghast when the “truth” is pointed out to them. Taking personal responsibility, noticing racist behaviour and calling it out is incumbent for all of us.

This explains a lot. We are rushing back to bau, as if the pandemic never happened. All organisations need to allow people safe forums, to articulate and to process their experiences, otherwise the body and mind cannot move on in a healthy manner.
