Great 2 days watching these girls compete at our home JV & Varsity camps! Fun to see the stuff they did for early June & I look forward to seeing their improvement through the summer! Grateful for their help running a good camp along with the refs and other teams that attended!

🚨 School Records 🚨 Ella Cramer breaks the Dead Lift record for her weight class and Ema Dickey broke both the Hang Clean & Dead Lift records! With 170 in the Hang Clean and 335 in the Dead Lift, Ema Dickey also broke the ALL-TIME records for girls in both lifts. Great job💪🏻

This morning we wrapped up our summer strength and conditioning. Congrats to these girls on being some of our top performers and biggest improvers in the past year! With all that goes on in the summer, the job all the girls do in getting to weights is greatly appreciated!
