updated Balbee (my AI journal app) using newer code from ClothShift (try-on app), for both mobile (flutter) and backend (golang). while some older features weren't fully separated into standalone modules like flutter packages or git submodules, copy/pasting didn’t take long.

tested this prompt on a project I was thinking of killing… and yeah, it told me the truth I didn’t want to hear. if I’d used it earlier, I wouldn’t have built that product at all. brutal, but insanely useful.

here’s what i’ve learned in the past few days about product development and marketing: 🤝 i used to think my tiktok videos weren’t working, but turns out one of them pulled over 90% of its traffic from search, thanks to specific keywords. i totally missed the chance to target

AI isn’t perfect — but your users don’t care. We all know AI can make mistakes. Sometimes the output isn’t great. But your users don’t think that way. They paid, so they expect perfection. That’s why in ClothShift (AI fashion try-on), we built a feedback system: - Users can say
