10. START EVERYDAY WITH KINDNESS AND GRATITUDE Remember how I spoke about how every man must have "I feel good" moments? Don't underestimate the power of those moments. Kindness and Gratitude gives you doses of those moments on a daily.

I have battled depression twice and what got me out every time was gratitude. I'd grab my pad and pen down 15 random things I was grateful for. I'd do it daily. I'd go out and decide to overpay a hawker or a commercial motorcyclist. Kindness. They were my "I feel good" moments
