Obvious act of Dictatorship of one Arm of the Government by another. Excess use of the institutions of order and arbitrary arrests against members of the legislature is outright assault on the fundamental principle of separation of power and to our democracy.

It is within the constitutional mandate of the senate to legislate even in a situation a government sponsored motion is loosing popularity in the house.

The Executive has the right to engage the other arm through negotiation and not unleash instruments if the State to undermine another Arm of Government. Kenyans must stand to fix this anomaly.
