Summer camps are booming. Ours holds 1,300+ campers per week. We feed 400 at a time, family style, in 3 rotations, 3 meals per day and flip the room in 10 minutes. (Disney made us think it was possible). 123 staff make it happen, many in their first job. What a great team!
