Dear young athletes- keep this photo saved to your phone and show the next person who says you have to focus on one sport in HS. The amount of kids I’ve heard say “I can’t risk getting hurt” or “my coach won’t let me” drives me crazy. You get one shot to be a HS athlete.

🤬🤯 wtf Arthur Smith?! You were marching the ball with out breakers, so why throw a couple 2yd slants? I don’t get it. I just don’t get it.

That poorly run tush push early in the game, Gainwell lining up wrong on the play that turned into Mason’s long run, and poor play calling down the stretch were just too much to overcome today, huh? Self-inflicted wounds… 🤦🏻‍♂️

They say that doing the same thing and expecting different results is the definition of insanity… yet here I am, every week, expecting the Steelers coaching staff to call a good game on offense and defense. Shame on me…

Eddie P 🏈 (@ed_sked) 's Twitter Profile Photo

This is ridiculous. The Pittsburgh Steelers seem to go into halftime with a lead, say “we’re good, let’s not plan anything”, and come out to get their butts picked in the third. Every. Damn. Week. It’s like clockwork.

🤬🤯 How about rather than trying to rip at the ball you just make a tackle? Take him to the ground. It’s a simple concept. But no, instead we try to strip the ball, fail, and Josh Allen stays upright long enough for the OL to catch up and push him into the end zone. Bad football

I start this by acknowledging that Arthur Smith has likely forgotten more about the game of football than I have ever known. But there are a lot of weeks where it feels like I could call a better game than he does most weeks using HIS call sheet.

"WR Willingness" is a legitimate trait. A WR who is willing to: - Insert into the Box to Block in the Run Game - Run Full Speed on a Clearout Route - Bump into the Slot to Block on a Screen - Run a Jet Sweep - Compete on Special Teams ... is INFINITELY more valuable.

Coaching again… Arthur Smith is incapable of deviating from his plan, decided to sub, and because the Pittsburgh Steelers can’t snap the ball quickly the ravens have time to throw the challenge flag. It never fails, our biggest opp is our own coaches. 🤦🏻‍♂️

I would be SO incredibly heated if the roles were reversed. I will 100% admit that. That said, this terrible rule is the same rule for all 32 teams in the modern NFL.
