No livro Vida de Chopin, eu li: “Nenhum ser humano pode dizer a outro como é que o ama: apenas sente que o ama. O homem interior não tem linguagem, é mudo”. E eu achei que isso soava muito bem no não-dualismo. O ser é além de todos os conceitos e tudo bem não saber o descrever

Ego NÃO existe ! NÃO tem como LUTAR contra algo que NÃO EXISTE. É como ver uma miragem no deserto com água e tentar beber – NÃO TEM água ali. Não tem como fazer nada com algo que não existe porque não existe. É uma ilusão. Pensamentos acontecem mas não tem um 'você' pensando.

Meditar, auto inquirir, observar, fazer mantras, estar presente... no fim, nada disso importa. Não é como se fazer essas coisas fosse um 'progresso', não há progresso, isso é tudo, o que está acontecendo agora é tudo. Você existe e você é tudo, agora, sem se esforçar, você É.
