August kicks off our Pre-season 💪🏼 Busy month for the boys #uptheebr 🔵⚪️

Our pre-season kicks off this Sunday 💪🏼 🆚 Chalton 🕰️ 14:00 KO 🏟️ Van Dyke Upper School 🏆 Pre-Season Friendly #uptheebr 🔵⚪️

0-4 Flat and lethargic all over, plenty to work on Chalton deserved the result but it was spoiled by an abhorrent refereeing display 🤦🏼 #uptheebr 🔵⚪️

Unfortunately our game for this Sunday has fallen through so if anyone is looking for a game please let us know. Ideally we would need someone with a pitch and we can cover ref costs 👍🏼

Opponents have changed for this Sunday as we face Hatters United 💪🏼 Much better performance needed this week as we look to build fitness for the upcoming season #uptheebr 🔵⚪️

From what was a strong, commanding 1st half came a slow, flat, poor 2nd half Thank you to Hatters United for hosting Our poor pre season continues but as long as it doesn’t bleed into the season we’ll be fine 🤦🏼 #uptheebr 🔵⚪️

Lads travel to markyate to take on Markyate White Lion FC , not been our best performances this pre season but fitness is the key thing 👀 Obviously a better showing wouldn’t go a miss 😅 #uptheebr 🔵⚪️

And that ends a disappointing pre season, thank you to Markyate White Lion FC for the game and good luck for the season 👍🏼 Missing lots of lads through out the last couple of games but no excuses we need to sharpen up before the seasons starts #uptheebr 🔵⚪️

Our season starts this Sunday against Southcott Village First FC, we look to put our poor pre-season behind us and start the season strong 💪🏼 #uptheebr 🔵⚪️

This Sunday sees us face Hertfordshire based side classified in the 1st “Europa League” Group stage match 🏆 🏆 Deakin-White Europa League 🏟️ Bovingdon FC 🆚 classified 🕰️ 10:30 KO #uptheebr 🔵⚪️

Disappointing result this morning as the lads lose 4-1 to a strong classified side .. the performance didn’t warrant such a one sided result but credit to our opponents as they were clinical when they needed to be 👏🏼 Back to the league next week 💪🏼 #uptheebr 🔵⚪️

Next up in the league we take on Markyate FC ressies 🤝 #uptheebr 🔵⚪️

The lads grind out a 2-2 draw against a really physical, well organised Markyate FC ressies 🤝 The game was very back and forth and after going 2-0 down with 20 minutes to go we nick a well deserved draw, good luck to Markyate for the rest of the season #uptheebr 🔵⚪️
