Huge thanks to Total Warrior for a great event today, and British Obstacle Sports for the support on swing or swim and hang tough. May not be the pace of some of the British OCR chaps (but inspired to improve!), but proud of a total warrior PB, and best time through 10km in an OCR.

Great 3 Laps at The Nuclear Races yesterday, finishing 17th overall. Amazing marshals (much 💜 to the ladies both at the end of the zip line & axe throwing). burpees are dangerous! Heard a snap in warm up & it hurt to grip...apparently I've torn a tendon. Still #lovemud #ocr
